  2. Include your HOA name and account email address
  3. We will process your request within 3-5 business days
  4. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made
  • You can downgrade to the free plan to maintain basic access

Nature of Service

SocialHOA is a fully automated software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. No human-driven services, consulting, or custom development are included in standard subscription plans. All features are self-service and accessible immediately upon subscription.

Billing Disputes
